To that end, we practice a Limited Contact policy to our clients in order to assure you our technicians will follow all safety tips outlined by the World Health Organization.
Our technicians are fully instructed to follow social distancing measures such as staying at least 4 to 6 feet away from our clients. We have contact less payment methods available, such as providing your credit card over the phone or making your payment with PayPal as well.
If your issue can be fixed remotely, we encourage you to try our remote service session where a technician can securely connect to your computer via the internet. In order to create a one-time session we generated a code and we’ll only be able to access your PC with your permission. Once you’ve granted permission, we remain connected for only the duration of time it takes to perform the work. You can view the repairs in real-time as our remote technician fixes your issues or we can call you when we’ve completed the service. After the work is finished, we disconnect from your computer and cannot view or manage your computer any longer.
